Refund policy

We strive to provide the best quality to all our customers; hence, we do not accept returns due to hygiene concerns.  

In case of any quality issues with the product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery & we will assist you. 

Refunds will be only in the form of Skin B.e.e. e-vouchers which can be redeemed for any product in the future with a validity of 3 months.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
